Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Because Mahogany Shea & Silk is a bespoke organic care house, every product is handcrafted fresh after your order is placed.
Your formula is blended, infused, and prepared by our Artisan Atelier to ensure maximum purity, potency, and freshness.
Fulfillment Timeline
Most orders are prepared same day or next business day, then packaged and shipped promptly.
Delivery typically arrives within 7–15 business days, depending on your region and carrier availability.
Delivery Window
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your order for full delivery.
Natural Variations & Separation
Because our products are 100% organic, unrefined, and free from stabilizing chemicals, slight natural separation may occur during transit or storage.
This is a sign of authentic, additive-free craftsmanship.
Simply shake or stir gently to restore its silky consistency.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
Please monitor your tracking as Mahogany Shea & Silk is not responsible for carrier delays or transit interruptions once the package is accepted by the shipping service.
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
All products are bespoke, handcrafted, and made fresh for each client; therefore:
All Sales Are Final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Incorrect or Defective Items
In the rare event your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mahoganyshea.silk@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
We will thoughtfully review your case and, if approved, issue either a replacement or store credit.
Address & Carrier Responsibility
We cannot be held responsible for:
packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
stolen or lost packages
delays or damage caused by the carrier
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Pre-orders allow you to secure high-demand, limited-release, or seasonal bespoke items before they are publicly available.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
Full Payment Required: Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout to reserve your item.
Estimated Release Date: A projected ship date will be listed on the product page. Timing may shift due to artisan production schedules or organic ingredient sourcing.
Order Fulfillment: Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together.
Final Sale: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
Email Updates: We will notify you of any changes, updates, or timeline adjustments.
Waitlist Terms & Conditions (if applicable)
Our waitlist offers priority access to sold-out items and upcoming exclusive blends.
Reservation, Not Guarantee: Joining the waitlist reserves your notification spot, but does not guarantee product availability.

Full payment is required prior to production, shipping, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom, handcrafted, and perishable nature of certain products (e.g., food, skincare, teas), all sales are considered final.
Refunds or exchanges may be considered only in cases of error or defect caused by AuriVelle International or its subsidiaries.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement, if applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays caused by weather, courier services, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order to secure a place in the Atelier production queue.
Full payment must be received before your product enters formulation, bottling, or shipping.
Pricing for raw materials, rare ingredients, and seasonal resources may change at any time without notice.
Custom requests, alterations, or upgraded ingredients may incur additional fees.
4. Bespoke Cancellations, Adjustments & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our Services:
All bespoke creations, tasting room items, custom skincare, haircare, teas, journals, and wellness tools are final sale.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before formulation begins.
Refunds or exchanges are offered only in the case of verified atelier error or defective craftsmanship.
